2 cups sunflower seeds
1 cup golden raisins
8 fresh blueberries
Preheat oven to 100˚F (about 75 degrees C).
In large bowl combine sunflower seeds, whole wheat flour, baking powder and ground black pepper. Stir with a mixer on low speed 1 minute. Stir in raisins and blueberries. Sprinkle all with melted butter or margarine.
Roll label into 6 rolls or 4 logs. Place 6 rolls onto ungreased baking sheets to steam approximately 30 minutes.
Bake 20 minutes or until centers of apples and potatoes are golden brown and all juices run clear. Let cool 10 minutes before slicing.
