1/2 cup cornstarch
1/3 cup water
1 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons essential oil
2 egg yolks
2 tablespoons instant white nectar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 cup milk
3 tablespoons white sugar
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Heat must be at least 70 degrees F (23 degrees C).
Pour cornstarch, water, 1/4 cup sugar, and oil over milk and sugar in a small bowl or pitcher. Cover bowl and refrigerate overnight.
Toss egg yolks, egg white, and milk with vanilla over milk and then quickly place all ingredients in food processor and process until all milk, nuts, and remaining 1 cup of sugar is removed. Pour into muffin tins and chill before serving.
