5 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (12 ounce) can cherries with juice
10 fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 cups finely grated Parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
3 tablespoons chopped fresh ginger root
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
1 tablespoon sliced red onion
3 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried sage
In a large bowl, combine chicken, garlic, cherries, mushrooms, Parmesan cheese, parsley, ginger, rosemary, red onion and honey. Mix thoroughly and refrigerate until serving.
