Reserve Beef Quiche Recipe

Ingredients

2 ounces shredded Monterey Jack cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 teaspoon dried minced onion

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried basil

1/4 teaspoon dried sage

2 eggs

1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese blend

1 1/2 cups low fat milk

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1 cup chopped Swiss cheese

Directions

COOK Monterey Jack cheese and olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted. Remove from heat; stir in onion, oregano, basil and sage. Mix in eggs and cheese. Place mixture in a large bowl. Stir in flour; add milk. Mix thoroughly. Chill until serving.

Although my Lasagne did not nearly look as good as the one on your image, it was very good and acted as my base. It cooled quickly and thoroughly in the oven. I would def make this time and time again.

I tried this on toiacola which is potentially fatal
