2 ounces shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon dried minced onion
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried sage
2 eggs
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese blend
1 1/2 cups low fat milk
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup chopped Swiss cheese
COOK Monterey Jack cheese and olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted. Remove from heat; stir in onion, oregano, basil and sage. Mix in eggs and cheese. Place mixture in a large bowl. Stir in flour; add milk. Mix thoroughly. Chill until serving.
