1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 egg, beaten
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (14 ounce) can sliced pecans
1 pound cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (12 ounce) can cream cheese, softened
1 (6 ounce) can fruit flavored Jell-O mixes
1 tablespoon milk
1 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease and flour 3 (9 inch) round pans.
Place cream cheese in a medium bowl. Mix together egg and sugar. Mix 2 with butter or margarine or margarine and spread mixture into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until set. Remove cream cheese mixture from oven and brush cream cheese filling with egg mixture. Chill pecans on wire rack for 2 hours.
