3/4 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup milk
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened coconut milk
3 egg whites
3 cubes ice
3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Combine sugar, cocoa, milk and coconut milk in a medium bowl. Beat on medium speed until blended. Add egg whites, ice cubes, chocolate chips and 1/4 cup of the is chocolate chips. Blend until smooth. Store, covered, in refrigerator 2 to 3 days, stirring occasionally.
