Laurie's Cauliflower and Garlic Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cups level teaspoon salt

4 cloves garlic, peeled, in oil

1 tablespoon white wine

1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cubed

2 teaspoons butter

2 teaspoons minced garlic

3 teaspoons salt

3 cups dry bread crumbs

3 cups water

oil for frying

Directions

In a large bowl, combine oil, salt and light vinegar. Heat oil, then saute garlic for 3 to 4 minutes, or as directed on package. Stir in wine, Crushed Red Pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Heat through and pour sauce over chicken and serve with bread crumbs.
