1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons white vinegar
4 tablespoons milk
1 1/2 cups dried crushed pineapple
4 tablespoons raisins
1 tablespoon dried curd cottage cheese
In large saucepan over low level, placewater, vinegar, milk, pineapple, raisins, and curd cottage cheese. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in pineapple and vanilla and return to a boil. Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
