1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup chopped walnuts
4 egg whites
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease six 1-cup baking sheets.
In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, brown sugar, and salt; set aside. In a large bowl, mix the eggs, sugar, cinnamon, and walnuts until well mixed. Spread evenly into prepared pan, and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of vanilla extract.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
