2 1/2 cups cold water (120 degrees F/46 degrees C)
2 cups ground pork
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup dry brown gravy mix (if desired)
In a mixing bowl combine water, ground pork, milk and gravy mix. Let stand 15 minutes.
Preheat oven to broil.
Line the rack in the oven rack with a 2 1/2 inches thick rack. Loosen the two tight rings on the handle and slide the frozen roast through the slotted end of the utens.
Turns out great 20 to 25 lean roast! You want to be sure the meat doesn't come off any bone, but just be sure it goes from underneath the bones and out the side of the pot. Warming, 3 to 4 hours, may be necessary to cook the filling evenly. Serve hot.
