1 (1 ounce) square unsalted butter
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
2 egg whites
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, cream together the butter, chocolate chips and egg whites until smooth. Mix in the sugar, salt, vanilla and cinnamon. Spread this mixture in the bottom of a 9 inch square pan.
Bake in the preheated oven approximately 15 minutes, or until center is almost completely set. Cool on baking sheet.
