3 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, undrained
1 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup heavy cream
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Beat eggs until firm, about 5 minutes. Stir in milk and cream cheese. Pour into a 9x13 inch casserole dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes, until soft and browned.
