Blueberry Tarts Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter, softened

1/3 cup molasses

4 eggs

1 tablespoon blueberries

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup chopped walnuts

1 (8 ounce) can strawberries, drained

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese and 1/2 cup white sugar molders or pastry creamers, depending on size.

In a large bowl, cream together butter and molasses until smooth. Beat in eggs, another 1/2 cup blueberries, vanilla, flour, baking soda and brown sugar. Mix one-half of the cream mixture into the molders. Fold in walnuts and strawberry preserves. Roll into 1/2 inch balls. Place on ungreased baking sheets.

Bake 30 to 35 minutes in the preheated oven, until frills are golden brown.
