6 tablespoons butter
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
2 cups warm milk
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons white sugar
1/2 teaspoon white sugar for garnish
Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Saute spinach until tender. Stir in milk, pepper and raw sugar until mixture is smooth. Bring to a simmer. Cook 20 to 30 minutes, until thickened. Stir in mustard and remainder of honey. Serve in bowl. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, or until thickened.
