4 cups fresh mint leaves
1 cup frozen haricot sweet potatoes
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 cup water
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease 6 loaf pans.
In a large bowl, toss together the mint and sweet potatoes. Mix in the sugar and water. Pour into prepared pans.
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for about 30 minutes.
