Banana Flips Recipe

Ingredients

4 cups light cream

1/2 cup white sugar

2 egg whites

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup raisins

1/3 cup butter, melted

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a medium bowl combine light cream, sugar, egg whites and vanilla extract. Beat until light and fluffy.

Pour batter into 10 small ramekins, 3 inches in diameter. Place ramekins on a baking sheet in the preheated oven.

Bake in preheated oven for 100 to 125 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Allow to cool before serving.
