1/2 teaspoon butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 (8 ounce) package Italian-style stew meat, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 onion, chopped
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup olive oil
1 (8 ounce) package sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup chopped spinach
1/2 cup chopped celery
4 ounces chicken broth
1 dash hot pepper sauce
1 bay leaf
1 (1 pound) loaf unbaked spaghetti
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Place cubes of meat in a medium bowl, and mix well. Stir in milk and heat through. Stir in cooked crumbled meat into sauce, and heat through. Remove bay leaf.
