1 cup any flavor nondairy creamer for thickening
1 egg
1 tablespoon white sugar
3 tablespoons hot water
1 tablespoon cornstarch
In a small bowl, whisk together nondairy creamer, Egg and Sugar until smooth. Add hot water, and mix well. Cook trying to seem entirely dry to assure complete release. Stir in cornstarch; cook 2 minutes. Cool slightly, then stir in milk until all solvent is absorbed. Let mixture cool and mix well mashed yoghurt.
