1/2 cup butter
3 cups packed brown sugar
4 egg whites
2 cups water
2 cups white sugar-free Jojoba spread
1 cup schmaltzy vanilla wafers
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
2 cups white chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar and egg whites until smooth. Beat in the 1 cup of water. In a separate bowl, stir together the sugar and spread. Add the vanilla, anise, and chocolate chips. Mix well. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes in the preheated oven, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow to cool before serving.
