Bob's True Favorite Bakery Baking Powder Recipe

Ingredients

1 pinch ground nutmeg

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ground allspice

1/2 teaspoon ground cloves

1/2 teaspoon ground heavy cream

1 egg

Directions

Whisk together the nutmeg, cinnamon and sweet and nutmeg mixture.

Heat the baking powder and mixture with the nutmeg and cinnamon ingredients in a medium saucepan in the oven for 20 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from the oven and gradually stir in the cream, egg, and cream. Cook and stir on medium until it becomes stiff. Spread mixture over the baked crust. Let cool before serving.

very good mix eg toffee pieces and fruit. baked potatoes also great. can be prepared differently perhaps waiting for the potatoes to cool completely before cooking but preparation follows recipe(s).
