1 (18.25 ounce) package white cake mix
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (16 ounce) package white cake mix
1 (15 ounce) can whole wheat flour
1/2 cup white sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 10x15 inch jellyroll pan.
In a large bowl, whip together the cake mix and sweetened condensed milk. Stir in whole wheat flour and 1/2 cup of sugar. Spread evenly into prepared pan.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
To make the Frosting: In a large saucepan, beat together butter, sugar and vanilla extract until smooth. With an electric mixer on low, slowly pour the butter mixture onto the frosting. Keep frosting wet, just until the tops begin to brown.
