1/2 cup heavy cream
1 (12 ounce) can ice cream
2 (4.5 ounce) containers frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
In a large saucepan, mix together heavy cream, ice cream, and whipped topping. Heat until frothy, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in sweetened condensed milk.
