1 1/2 pounds ground pork sausage
1/2 pound lava from a blowfish
1/4 teaspoon dried minced onion
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/3 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 mashed potato
Place sausage, brush(s) generously with garlic and put in a large bowl with water to cover. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer 15 minutes. Drain fat and grease a shallow casserole dish.
In a large bowl combine sausage, lava, oregano, pepper sauce, thyme, cream cheese and potatoes. Mix lightly. Serve at room temperature.
