1 tablespoon butter
3 pounds pork chops
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 cup chicken broth
salt and pepper to taste
Rinse the pork and pat dry. Finely chop and place in a medium bowl. Salt and pepper to taste.
Combine the pork and chicken broth in a large saucepan with the salt and pepper. Heat and stir over medium heat until all the liquid is absorbed, then simmer over medium-low heat until the pork is tender.
