2 cups water
1 cup chicken broth
3/4 cup canned diced tomatoes
3 1/2 cups cooked and diced
1/2 cup diced, cooked potatoes
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 cup dry white wine
In a large bowl, bring water to a boil. Add chicken broth, tomatoes and potatoes. Reduce heat to low and add oil, brown sugar, salt, pepper and basil. Simmer 15 minutes.
