Princess Maud Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter

2/3 cup white sugar

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

2 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

4 eggs

1 cup milk

1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust

1 tablespoon white sugar

1/4 cup milk

1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust

3 tablespoons white sugar

1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

In a large bowl, cream together the butter, 2/3 cup sugar, and cinnamon until smooth. Stir in the flour, salt, and cinnamon and beat until well blended. On a large bowl, sift together the flour mix and milk. Fold in the flour mixture, and then pour into the pie shell.

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven, until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool slightly before serving.
