2 (8 ounce) packages shredded Cheddar or Colby-Jack cheese, divided
1 (12 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese, chopped
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 onion, chopped
1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Arrange 1 sheet of cheese over bottom of 9x13 inch baking dish; set aside.
In a medium bowl combine 1 egg, milk, 1/4 cup of cheese, 1/2 cup cheese, 1/2 cup cheese, 1/2 cup cheese, 1/2 cup cheese, 1/2 cup cheese, 1/2 cup cheese, 1/2 cup cheese, and 1/2 cup cheese. Stir until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. When cheese has melted, stir in 1/2 cup cheese, 1/2 cup cheese, 2 eggs, and 1/2 cup milk. Pour in warmed milk mixture, and pour 1/2 of the mixture over filled pasta.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Reduce heat to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) and bake for 25 minutes.
