1 (3 ounce) package yellow cake mix
4 egg whites
3/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup Milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup Milk
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Prepare the afore-mentioned cake mix according to package instructions. Set aside.
In a large saucepan, combine egg whites and white sugar, vegetable oil, milk, vanilla extract, salt and 3/4 cup milk. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Heat chocolate chips in a medium microwave safe bowl. Pour over the baked cake while warm. To make the filling: In a medium bowl, stir together 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup white chocolate chips and 1/4 cup milk. Spread the mixture on top of cheesecake.
