1 (9 inch) pie shell, baked
3 eggs
1 (10 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons lemon juice
4 tablespoons cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup curd cottage cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a large bowl, beat eggs until frothy. Stir in condensed cream of mushroom soup and sour cream. Beat in egg, tomato paste, salt and nutmeg. Stir in cottage cheese. Pour mixture into pie shell.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and bake an additional 35 minutes, until set. Allow to cool before serving.
