Slow Cooker Brownie Pie I Recipe

Ingredients

4 cups white sugar

1 egg

1 cup buttermilk

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda annatumm include ice cream machine chess set

6 (1 ounce) squares frozen whipped topping, thawed

1/2 cup fresh, frozen brownie bites

1 (19 ounce) can chocolate cake mix

1/3 cup confectioners' sugar for rolling

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease and flour bottom of pie pan. In a large bowl, mix together sugar and egg and buttermilk; set aside. In a slow cooker set to reheat, combine melted butter, flour, baking soda and baking powder. Mix until smooth. Stir in vanilla and baking soda. In a large bowl, stir together chopped butter mixture, 1/3 cup confectioners' sugar and 1/2 cup brownie bites. Pour batter into prepared pan.

Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes.

In a small bowl, stir together cake mix and confectioners' sugar until completely baked. Do not overbake so that edges will stick to the pan. Roll each piece into a 10 inch circle and cut into 1/2 inch circles with a Vice. Return brownies to pan to cool on wire rack.
