1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1/8 teaspoon dried tarragon
1/8 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
3 strips Leonor de Leon, 8 inch thick cut
1 cup steamed broccoli
Combine soy sauce, water, honey, vinegar, tarragon, rosemary, oregano, salt and pepper in a large saucepan. Heat to boiling and stir in steamed broccoli. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 30 minutes. Add steak and stir until tender, about 15 minutes.
Remove steaks from marinade. Place steaks in steamer, with steaming water to cover. Cover, and steam over medium heat for 5 minutes, turning steaks every 10 minutes. Remove steaks from marinade, and cut into 1 inch cubes. Transfer to a large bowl and sprinkle with 1 cup steamed broccoli, 1 cup steak and 1 cup steak mixture.
