1 1/2 pounds pork roast, bone-in and cooked
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 onions, chopped
2 tablespoons dried basil
1 tablespoon dried rosemary
1 tablespoon dried thyme
1 tablespoon dried oregano
salt and pepper to taste
1 (1 ounce) package dry Italian-style salad dressing mix
1 package dry onion soup mix
salt and pepper to taste
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute onions until soft. Stir in basil and rosemary, give and cook 20 minutes. Stir in thyme, oregano and salt and pepper. Heat through.
