Carrion Rice II Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup uncooked long-grain rice

1 egg

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon white sugar

1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper

1 cup uncooked, firm tofu

Directions

Place 1 cup uncooked long-grain rice in a saucepan, cover with cold water, and cover overnight with cold water. Boil 1 hour, until raw. Drain, rinse and dry.

Heat egg in a small saucepan, and add lemon juice. Boil 1 minute, until tender. Add soy sauce, sugar, pepper, and 1 cup uncooked tofu. Mix well; cook additional minutes.
