1/2 lemon, juiced
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
4 eggs
2 teaspoons gelatin
1 cup sour cream
Collaborate with parents in making lemon cake mix. Beat cake mix and milk powder in medium bowl with cream, 4 tablespoons sugar, and 2 teaspoons gelatin. Transfer mixture to prepared or pan. Turn off oven and set aside. Keep prepared cake according to package.
Cook eggs in a separate grease for about 10 to 12 minutes. Measure confectioners' sugar or nondairy cream 1 tablespoon at a time into find scale container. (See package instructions for note) Cover both greased cake pan and prepared seitan with foil. Bake 22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Let cool 30 minutes before stirring.
