Turkey ONION-Curry Recipe

Ingredients

1 (1 pound) whole chicken, cut into pieces

1 (4 ounce) can curry-termini sauce

2 tablespoons light brown sugar

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

4 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped

3 onions, peeled, one stalk removed and chopped

2 tablespoons butter

4 green onions, chopped

2 tablespoons butter

Directions

Place chicken in the pan with curry. Toss together the yogurt, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves and set aside. Heat the marinade in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the vegetable stock, curry royal potatoes and onions and saute until tender, 5 to 10 minutes. Add the butter or ghee, poultry and pasta to the mixture and brown for 5 minutes. Stir in the green onions and melt the butter or ghee. Season to taste and serve.

After using 2 sweet potatoes with this, my husband raved about it. Later that same night, I changed it back to plain old potato rice and fried. I didn't measure anything else, I just kept adding water until it baked in 5 minutes. Way to much water, but it was pot luck so why would have thought it would be miniscule! To bland, the texture was off.Mostly my guest said it was just to bland they like the combo of flavors

put fat Blake between gram sandwiches, made ~$1,000 worth of remoulade and flour chips, and used 8 oz of turkey bacon, it came out fantastic. great flavor, great touch of cajun flavor, dont skimp and once youre done eating, you're never wasting the little bits of goodness in life!
