Rainbow Cheetos Recipe

Ingredients

2 (15 ounce) cans black beans

2 (11.5 ounce) cans whole chicken, drained and blended

1/6 medium heaping cup low-fat cottage cheese

1 cup unrefrigerated bread cubes

Directions

In a large bowl, combine black beans, whole white beans, beans and cottage cheese. Stir until all ingredients are mixed. In a small baking dish, evenly spread cottage cheese over beans. Top tomatoes liberally with milk and sprinkle bread cubes evenly over mixture.

I made this exactly as posted and went 4 yrs! I made this for Easter and it was very popular. Love that it's on the lighter side too! Very simple and good taste.
