1 cup butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Mix together the butter, sugar and eggs. Stir in the vanilla and flour. On a piece of floured wooden board, smear the croissant mixture evenly over the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking pan.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
