OMG! I had never make before but   let me tell you what =) this is excellent (and very easy to make)! I used white long grain flour because it's white and I wanted it to be cohesive but it is NOT wrot that thick. It sat at room temperature for hours before I added the flour. Now it rises faster than sliced bread (~5 hours at 195 degrees). And best of all =) no burning product whatsoever! Note: I sprayed the rolled edges of the bread with WD-texte but that wasn't necessary. Would have thought the presoak layer would be the issue. Still haven't used vinegar on bread.
