2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
1 (16 ounce) can whole peeled tomatoes, cubed
1 fat rouladen capers, sliced
1 small onion, sliced into 1/2 to 2 inch rounds
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 zucchini, sliced into 1/2 inch rounds
1 1/2 cups potatoes
salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon spaghetti sauce
ground black pepper to taste
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 apple - peeled, cored and sliced into 1 inch rounds
1 grapefruit - peeled and sliced into 1 inch rounds
1 small zucchini, sliced into 1 inch pieces
1/2 cup dried bread crumbs
