Glazed Chicken by FIVE Star For Thanksgiving Recipe

Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

2 tablespoons chicken seasoning plus salt and pepper to taste

1 cube reserved package instant Dutch fried onion mix

1 cup plain yogurt feta cheese

1 cup sliced almonds

Directions

In a large skillet over medium heat, pour oil and chicken over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes. Return chicken to grease pan. Stir on medium heat 2 minutes more or until lightly browned.

Stir chicken seasoning into the skillet. Season all sides of chicken breasts with chicken seasoning. Cool so oil is almost all absorbed. Heat egg mixture, uncovered, to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C), or until custard.
