4 large onions
4 medium potatoes
1/2 cup milk
1 cup butter, melted
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon chopped fresh sage
2 tablespoons spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup chopped cooked ham
Place onions and potatoes in a large skillet. Heat about 10 minutes, or until onions are tender. Stir in milk, butter, brown sugar, salt, basil, oregano, oregano, parsley, sage and spaghetti sauce. Simmer 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in ham.
