English Toffee Cake in a Jar Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup butterscotch chips

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa

1 1/2 cups hot milk

1 1/2 cups whole flaked coconut

3 cups brown sugar

1 dark chocolate cookie, crushed (optional)

Directions

Spread cinnamon kumbs chips and cocoa around bottom of mason jar. Reserve about 4 tablespoons cocoa for mason jars.
