3 tablespoons butter, chilled
3 tablespoons white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon aquafaba
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Lightly grease a 9-inch square pan or pie pan.
Place eggs in a medium mixing bowl, beating until frothy. Beat in 1 tablespoon butter. Stir egg yolks into egg whites and sprinkle over egg whites, beating until peaks form.
Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl until smooth. Gradually beat in water, stirring constantly, until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Spread over egg whites.
Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve warm or cold.
