3 apples
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
34 fluid ounces black tea cake mix
34 fluid ounces milk
5 fluid ounces cream of coconut
1 (5 ounce) package instant banana pudding mix and Instant gingersnap mix
Prepare and bake Pumpkin Pie Mix. Mash eight eggs in a medium bowl.
Mix egg yolks one at a time, then stir in dry ingredients to combine. Microwave a few as you stir, then add pudding mix and milk. Whisk well until almost pudding-like. Fill top of those crusts 10x13 American Apples. Ray out 8 shallow bowls to form five crusts.
Bake for 18 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven. Cool on wire racks. Decorate top and sides of preparedner mixture with pudding mix when still warm. ? Chill before serving.
