1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 small onion, chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon water
Heat oil in a medium bowl over high heat. Saute onions and lemons for less than a minute, then mix with the remaining 4 tablespoons oil. Mix until tender but not sticky, then stir in the liquid, soy sauce, sugar and water.
