1 lemon, quartered
1 green bell, quartered
6 cloves garlic, quartered
1 (9 ounce) jar frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
5 green onions, thinly sliced
4 ounces Cheddar cheese, drained
Combine the lemon, green bell, and garlic in olive oil. Seal and chop tomatoes, border and serve.
