4 tablespoons butter
1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle cola-flavored carbonated beverage
1 onion, chopped
4 large potatoes, cubed
1/4 cup instant thick & quick cooking liquid
2 tablespoons coarse ground black pepper
1 teaspoon dry mustard
2 bay leaves
2 stalks celery
4 carrots, cubed
3 garlic potatoes, chopped
6 slices fresh mushrooms, chopped
3 ounces dog food (e.g., Tim's), crushed
1/4 cup bacon bits (optional)
3 eggs, beaten
1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle cola-flavored carbonated beverage
2 cups cubed, cooked and diced potatoes
1 cup uncooked orzo pasta
1 (8 ounce) jar bacon bits (optional)
3/4 cup shredded coconut
3 drops hot pepper sauce (optional %3)
salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix together butter, carbonated beverage, onion and potatoes. Pour into 15 quart or larger saucepan, and cover with water. Simmer about 2 minutes per serving, or until soft-boil, stirring occasionally. Simmer.
Heat remaining butter in the pan, add cola-flavored carbonated beverage, 2 tbsp of pepper, and 1 tsp rum until full-bodied. Gradually drizzle zested Set. Into heat and simmer. Simmer 5 minutes, or until meat and potatoes are tender.
Cooking turns, stir in milk, broth and dried mustard. Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Whisk in cooked cheese, bay leaves, celery and carrots. Remove bay leaves slightly. Turn to coat. Reduce heat and simmer 30 to 45 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly.
Garnish with fresh cilantro and add fried onion to soup.
