Nothing better than a warm cup of joe and smoothies! If you're not fond of protein powder you'll probably not like this beverage, because it is detectable. However, I will try to minimize it next time and see what kind of flavor it has. It is PERFECT to think of a smoothie as a warm container of cold soup. Cold wine or beer floats well in here and is delicious. I usually add a clove of minced garlic or a few grinds of turmeric. I always have on hand in the fridge so that means it's my go-to ingredient when I'm in a pinch. I often swap out the protein powder for a blend of whey protein and reduced-sodium chicken broth.
