3/4 cup milk (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 1/2 tablespoons water
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 (3 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Heat milk in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in sugar, cornstarch, and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, stir until sugar is dissolved. Stir in cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and marshmallow creme. Stir in pecans.
