10 sheets white cake mix
2 cups caramel topping (optional)
9 inch square baking pan
1/4 cup fine white sugar for decoration
Preheat oven to 350 F. Lightly grease a glass or rimmed baking pan.
In a large bowl, combine caramel topping, medium and sweet chocolate and berries. Spread caramel mixture evenly on bottom of baked pan.
Bake 12 (8- inch) baking pans for 18 to 20 minutes, until cake springs back when lightly touched in center. Let cool 10 minutes before serving.
